1. About Questions.now

Questions.now is a real-time Q&A and audience engagement platform operated by Greenview Ventures. Your use of Questions.now is governed by the Greenview Ventures Terms of Service, which cover all services operated under Greenview Ventures, including payment terms, refund and dispute policies, liability, indemnification, and governing law.

By accessing or using Questions.now, you agree to be bound by the Greenview Ventures Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of those terms, you may not access the Service.

This page provides additional product-specific terms that apply specifically to Questions.now and supplement the governing terms above.

2. Description of Service

Questions.now allows users to:

Create interactive Q&A sessions
Submit and vote on questions
Run live polls with real-time results
Generate word clouds from audience submissions
Moderate content before it goes live
Present sessions in full-screen mode with QR codes

3. User Accounts & Guest Access

To create and manage sessions, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.

Participants may join sessions as guests without creating an account. Guest users are still bound by these terms and the Greenview Ventures Terms of Service.

4. Session Visibility & Security

4.1 Public Sessions

Sessions created without a password are publicly accessible to anyone with the session code or link. Content submitted to public sessions — including questions, poll responses, and word cloud entries — is visible to all participants in real time. You acknowledge that public sessions are not private and that Questions.now is not responsible for the visibility of content shared in unprotected sessions.

4.2 Session Passwords

You may protect sessions with a password to restrict access. It is your responsibility to distribute session passwords securely. Questions.now is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised passwords.

4.3 Host Responsibility

As a session host, you are responsible for choosing appropriate security settings for your session. This includes deciding whether to enable password protection, content moderation, and other available security features. You acknowledge that the level of protection applied to your session is your choice and responsibility.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including questions, poll responses, and word cloud entries ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

Session hosts may enable moderation to review and approve content before it appears publicly. We are not responsible for moderating User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or the Greenview Ventures Terms of Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or threatening
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
Use automated means to access the Service or collect information from it, other than through integrations we provide, such as our AI assistant integration
Distribute malware or other malicious code

7. AI Features

Some features use AI to generate insights and summaries. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

8. Marketing & Publicity

By using the Service, you grant Questions.now the right to identify your organisation as a customer and to use your name and logo on our website and in marketing materials. You may opt out of this usage at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. Governing Terms

For all matters relating to payments, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, liability, indemnification, termination, governing law, and jurisdiction, please refer to the Greenview Ventures Terms of Service, which govern your use of Questions.now.
